What's the minimum order?
Thirty pieces. Below that we can still help you with a gift set from the shop, and we'll tell you honestly which one fits.
How far ahead should I order?
Three to four weeks for most orders, including the sample we send you first. If your date is closer than that, message us anyway — we'll tell you straight away whether we can make it.
Can I put names, a date or a logo on them?
Yes. Names, dates, a short message or your logo, printed on the label. You approve the artwork before anything is poured.
What are they made of?
Exactly what everything else here is made of. Natural wax — coconut, soy and beeswax, never paraffin — a cotton wick, our own fragrance blend and a real crystal in every piece. An event candle isn't the cheap version of the candle; it's the same candle with your name on it.
Do I get to see one before the whole order?
Always. We send you one finished candle first. Nothing else is made until you say yes to it.
Do you ship them?
Anywhere in the United States, packed so they arrive the way they left. Shipping is quoted with your order once we know the count and the destination.
How do I pay?
Half to start the order, half before it ships. We send you a secure Shopify link for both — no transfers to a stranger's account.
